No. WorkTrace is billed by active site. You can have unlimited contractors within each site at no extra cost.
Is there a setup fee?
No. None of our plans have an initial configuration cost.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can move up or down in plan depending on how many active sites you need.
What happens if a Contractor doesn't complete the required evidence?
The app won't let the shift move forward until every required zone has its photo — that's a system rule, not something a Supervisor can turn off.
