Geofenced check-in
Contractors can only start a shift from inside the site's radius. No more guessing if the crew showed up.
Zone-by-zone photo evidence
Before-and-after photos, required per zone and sub-zone (e.g. Kitchen → Sink, Fridge, Stove). The app won't let a shift move forward with gaps — it's a gate, not a suggestion.
On-site-only capture
No gallery uploads. Every photo is taken live, in the moment — which keeps reported hours honest.
Special Tasks
One-off jobs that don't fit the daily routine. Assign a short instruction video, define the evidence you need, and give the Contractor a flexible window to complete it — before or after their regular shift.
Two-tier accountability
Contractor → Supervisor → Account Owner. The Supervisor reviews the Contractor's work in the field; the Account Owner can review the Supervisor's. In small teams, the Owner can act as Supervisor directly.
Fitness-to-work confirmation
A quick attestation before every shift starts — a layer of accountability most field apps skip entirely.
Device security
A Contractor's device is permanently linked to their account, so only that phone can submit reports for them. If it's lost or replaced, the Supervisor unlinks it and authorizes the new device.
Exportable reports
By site, date, or Contractor. PDF or Excel, ready whenever a client asks.
